If you and I were friends it would be very easy for me to help you to get your ex back. We could meet for a cup of coffee or talk on the phone until the wee hours of the morning as we discussed what was going on, what had happened and how things were going as you tried to persuade him to come back to you. I could give you some insight into what he is probably thinking and also what you might be able to do to change his mind. I could be there when you have moments of doubt or when you feel weak and want to call him and I could help keep you on track as far as actually doing what is necessary to win him back.
Unfortunately, we don’t really know each other that well and we probably live hundreds of miles from each other so coffee is kind of out of the question for now. But I will tell you that I do want to help you and I want you to be happy in your relationship so I’ll steer you in the direction that I have many other women who have wanted to get back together with their ex.
There is an old saying that unrequited love shouldn’t be or shouldn’t exist. This means that if you love someone they should love you back. By simply being in love with someone you should have that love returned to you. It can be very painful when this doesn’t happen and it just doesn’t make sense, does it? After all, the two of you were happy once upon a time and you thought that those days would never end. But now he has broken your heart and maybe he is even in a relationship with someone else or you worry that he will wind up in a relationship with someone else. If you haven’t thought about this then you should be cause this is a very real possibility. He probably isn’t going to spend the rest of his life pining away for you or waiting to see how things turn out. Eventually, some day he will find some other cutie that will turn his head and all the pleasant memories of times you shared will be gone. This is why time is of the essence and why you need to come up with a plan to win him back and you need to stick to this plan.
If you are lacking faith in yourself or your ability to win him back I want to help you there. This should be basic in your arsenal of tricks to get him back. This should always be in the back of your mind. Keep it like a secret that nobody else knows about, not even him! The fact is that he loved you not too long ago. You were the one for him and chances are he told you so. Hold onto that fact as a grounding tool in your bid to win him back. Nothing has really changed and if he loved you once he can fall back in love with you again. You really haven’t changed. You still have the ability to be the woman that he fell in love with and once he sees that woman again you will be well on your way to having him back in your loving arms again.
Now, that sounds pretty simple doesn’t it? Let’s not go jumping the gun though. Chances are there has been a lot of damage done to your relationship directly preceding the breakup and since the breakup. That is where the tricky part comes in. How do you get him to forget about all that stuff having to do with the breakup and get him to focus on you; the woman he fell in love again. How do you get him to fall back in love with you again before he falls in love with some other woman? Again, time is of the essence and emotionally this may be one of the most difficult things for you to do. But let’s continue on.
Much of what you are going to have to do will go against what you feel is right or correct or what you think will actually bring him back to you. But who ever said that men made sense? Nobody, that’s who and to women, men make absolutely no sense, you know? Resist the urge to call him, text him, email him and never show up at his place of work or at his house wanting to talk about things. I am sure that you have some great ideas for what you can do to fix everything but all of this will only drive him further away. You have to make him want you again. You are going to have to beat him at his own game. You are going to have to start thinking like a guy and figure out how to use male psychology against him. Right now you ARE using male psychology without even knowing it but unfortunately you are using it against yourself. With every step that you make towards him you are causing him to take two steps back. With every phone call or request to see him you are pushing him further and further away. It is time now to change all that and begin to use male psychology against him and cause him to change his mind all on his own. There simply isn’t another way to change a guy’s mind in a situation like this. You are going to have to beat him at his own game.
Again, if we were closer we could go over all this stuff and come up with a plan that would make him change his mind and come running back to you but we can’t. Instead, you are going to have to figure out the what, when and why of male psychology for yourself given your situation.
